Weekend Lessons

Well I got my wisdom teeth out Friday and was pretty out of it til around 4-5pm. Came home and play some cards while watching the pens do some work against the Sens. Had some real sweet ass min cashes. Still running like compelete asshole and getting pretty sick about it. Had about 24 left in the $75 40k gtd and oh hey AA on the button. EP raises bumps it up to 2.5x, guy behind him smooth calls and its folded to me. I decided to go ahead and re raise it and make it look like a stando squeeze which turns out to be what mr #2 caller wanted and he shoved...he had QQ. so about 3820% to ship this for a sick stack with 24 to go and $10k first place monies but oh wait its the double deuce all over again...Q! on the river. weeeeeeeeeeee..ended up busting later running AT into AK obv for 21st. The night before I also had another deep run in it but couldnt tell you what happened. Been some many crazy suck outs I cant keep track.

Today I started around nooner....still going strong, got about 4 left. had a few semi deep runs that ended in bad beats or stupid fucking plays because im pissed off. I havent had a cig since thrusday night! fuckkkkkk it blows!!!

But all this play today leads me to what I want to talk about...STOP SPEWING CHIPS WITH 20-25BBs+ YOU FUCKING IDIOT. Just know in the 28k gtd i had about 15k at 300/600 plus antes. about 30 from the money sitting right in the middle of the pack with about 160ish left (135 paid) Been pretty active stealing some blinds and so forth and I get QJs utg+1. Did the ole min raise to 1200 and BB re popped to 3900. Now like any good player would they would fold...no i re ship he has AA gg me. Lesson learned 1.

Lesson 2: Just because 83 people limp doesnt mean you should push 18-25BBs with a not so cool hand...esp semi deep! dont have to explain much there just stop being a fucking idiot.

When you want to play LAG you have to have some kind of control...yes its nice to win every pot...or its nice to TRY and win every pot but its not going to happen. The edge you have against these pussy as opponents is so much greater than to try and win every pot when you KNOW he isnt folding middle pair. I'm stuck about $1200 this week if not more which I guess I cant really complain having 2 good sundays in a row for $3500. It just hurts when youre deep for a lot of money and an 80% fav but you lose on the river. As its always said, the good players are the ones who can play their best while they are losing. I've been about 70-75% accurate on that. More patients when deep, when its in good dont fucking cry about it like a baby because you lost...you WANT them to do that! thats what makes you money. I'm rambling right now so I'll stop.

That's it right now, hopefully recover some of my loses...I wont be able to play much tomorrow...maybe a small nightly schedule but the Pens play at 630 so maybe 5 or so tournaments, we'll see.

Not sure if any of this made sense but this is just stupid shit that I'm doing and its not helping with running bad...makes me run worse. So hopefully I can close out strong and get a final table or 2 or 4. glglglglglglglgl
